General Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

 

The website is operated by BEDSNK, the website at http://www.bedsnk.co.uk (referred to as us, we, the company or BEDSNK. As a user of this website (referred to as the buyer, your, you), are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions by using the website including any transactions you make. The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. BEDSNK reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. By accepting the Terms of Use you agree to be bound by the above modifications or updates. Please note that these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Goods referred to as items, beds, mattresses, orders and products. 

 

 

PRICE AND PAYMENTS

 

 

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. If additional shipping charges exist, they are mentioned in the Delivery Policy and Postal Codes Delivery or applied at the checkout, We reserve the right to amend any prices for goods without being responsible for any forms of loss. All prices are inclusive of delivery, depending on the postcode as for some areas (postcodes) a charge applies. Some areas we regretfully do not deliver to. Please check before making a purchase. We do not offer any VAT returns or VAT refunds. The total price payable for all items ordered will be debited from the bank provided by you when you place the order. If we do not accept the order see below, we will refund the total amount you paid. When you are paying by card, all billing information given must match that held by the bank that has issued this card. Failure to supply the correct information may lead to a delay or cancellation of your order. Your order will be processed once the payment has been authorised and we have accepted the order.

 

 

ORDER ACCPETANCE AND CONTRACT

 

 

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

COLOURS & SIZES

 

All orders are subject to acceptance. All images displayed are indications of the product; some items may have small variations in ticking and colour, usually as a result of different screen resolutions or different fabric rolls. Fabric samples are available to purchase.

 

Fabric shades can vary slightly of 5% due to change in fabric rolls used over time. If you are un-sure of colour and material, you have the option to purchase fabric samples before buying the bed. We do not offer refunds/exchanges if you are unhappy with the bed colour or material as it is your responsibility to select the correct one at the checkout.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us VIA email, phone call or social media if you are un-sure of sizing and dimensions. Bedsnk shall not be held responsible for any variation of the same nor have any liability.  The dimensions listed on the website may have a variance of 5%. Sizes may have small variations of upto 5cm. If you have difficulty placing an order, please contact our sales team who will assist you. We reserve the right not to accept any order if 

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more of the products ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website.
  • Payment is not authorised.

Upon accepting your order, a confirmation email will be sent. The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. Whereas, following such acceptance, BEDSNK will always try to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to ship products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order) . If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account.

 

 

GOODS/ITEMS AVAILABILTY 

 

 

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Any goods that we are unable to supply will be refunded in full or the money can be used for an alternative product on our website. In the unlikely event that the product takes longer than expected to come back in stock, we will aim to notify you as soon as we become aware of that. We will do our best to deliver the product(s) to you within the estimated delivery dates but this is not guaranteed.

 

 

ERRORS

 

 

In the event that any product is displayed with an inaccurate price we have the right to withdraw and cancel the order prior to a contract being made. If there are any errors in the product information displayed on our website, they will be rectified as soon as possible.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS TO THE ORDER

 

 

Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. In this instance an email is required to info@bedsnk.co.uk with the request or call on 07557193404 for assistance. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the value of  products. Please note refund can take up to 14 working days to show in your account. Refund will only be given on original payment method - no exception will be made. If you wish to make any changes to your order, it must be done within the 24 hour cooling off period. Again this must be written or verbal communication. The reason for this is each bed is a made to order item and production is started after 24 hours of the order.  Any cancellations after 24 hours will result in an order processing fee of £30. 

 

 

RETURNS

 

 

Each bed and mattress is bespoke and made to order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange on any beds or mattresses. If for any reason you are un-happy with the bed, under managers discretion it can be returned to us within 7 days however must be strictly in the original packaging. This will also incur a returns / re-stocking fee of £150. This fee will be deducted off your order total.  You must communicate this with us within 24 hours of delivery and receiving the bed. Returns request after this 24 hour period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer, it is at the manager’s discretion.

 

Once the packaging on any beds has been opened we will not accept returns. This does not apply to mattresses. They are strictly non returnable.

 

 

It is the responsibility and cost of the buyer to return the bed to us within the acceptable returns time frame of 7 days. If you choose to return the bed to us, you must email us on info@bedsnk.co.uk Whereby we can provide you with the returns address. We can offer collection of the bed however this incurs a  collection fee of £120 which will be deducted from your order total and once the bed is received and inspected  you will be refunded accordingly. 

 

It is your responsibility to make sure that the product will fit all stairs, passages, doors, etc. until it reaches the room where you will keep it. Also make sure there will be enough space for the (assembled) product to fit in that room. Check this Measuring Guide and the dimensions on the product pages for more information. If the product doesn't fit, we will not accept returns. You should call our customer services team if any information isn't listed. FAULTY/DAMAGED GOOD

 

All beds must be inspected upon arrival. If the item you receive is damaged due to manufacturing fault we highly advise not to sign the delivery sheet and do not accept the bed delivery. All our beds are flat packed in clear packaging where any damages can be inspected and seen. If you have accepted delivery please notify us immediately within 24 hours by call or email and we will exchange or refund this for you within 10-12 working days provided the buyer adheres to the clauses below. The buyer must notify us by email or call within 1 day (24 hours ) of receiving the damaged items alongside proof of purchase and provide photographic evidence. We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period. In the absence of such notification, the company excludes all liability in respect of any defects or shortages. Any goods which the customer believes are damaged or defective must be retained together with the packaging.

 

 

 

All beds are sold for self assembly, before assembly or contracting any third parties to assemble, please check all fittings/components parts are present as no liability can be taken for additional costs incurred due to missing/damaged items or parts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

DELIVERIES

 

 

All deliveries are to GROUND FLOOR only unless you have booked and paid for the assembly service. 

Please Note: If we have tried to deliver to you once free of charge and for any reason you miss the delivery date/time,  it will result in a charge of £50 . we will attempt to deliver again on another date however this will concur a fee.

Please note if there are any delays, you will be notified by the driver. We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

We do not accept any blame or liability for customers removing or disposing of old goods - we advise to only dispose of any old goods after the delivery of the new goods.

Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed. We endeavour to meet all estimated delivery times, however, very occasionally there may be delays due to busy periods such as seasonal sales as well as postal/carrier delays, traffic delays, logistics and/or bad weather conditions. We will not be held liable for any delays or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any causes beyond our and our Delivery Partners’ reasonable control. 

In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the couriers, BEDSNK will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.
